Available in: Axsy Retail Execution

To allow efficient capture of KPIs as part of the Inventory Check task, the Axsy Retail Execution Mobile App allows users to change the order of the Products in the tabular UI. Re-ordering of Products is maintained across Visits to the same Retail Store, allowing Products to be listed, for example, based on the order they appear on that particular store's shelves.

Individual Product Re-Ordering

Enabling the ability to re-order individual Products rows via drag-and-drop is available as the Allow Row Re-ordering toggle under the Inventory Check Settings screen.

When enabled, each Product in the Inventory Check tabular UI will have a hamburger icon next to them which can be used to drag-and-drop individual Products for re-ordering.

Bulk Product Re-Ordering

Enabling the ability to bulk re-order Products is available as a set of different toggles under the Inventory Check Settings screen:

  • Allow Multiselect - This toggle allows the selection of multiple Products at once for performing bulk actions
  • Allow Multi-sort - When enabled along with Allow Multiselect this allows for bulk Product re-ordering
  • Sort Step Size - When both above toggles are enabled so as to allow bulk Product re-ordering, this numeric setting determines how many rows Products should shift/step when re-ordering by multiple rows

When enabled, each Product in the Inventory Check tabular UI will have a radio button next to them that, when selected, includes them in the selected bulk re-ordering action. The different bulk re-ordering actions are chosen via a series of buttons:

  • Up Arrow - Moves all selected Products up one row.
  • Down Arrow - Moves all selected Products down one row.
  • Up Arrow with Number - Moves all selected Products up by the specified number of rows - the number specified is controlled via the Sort Step Size setting.
  • Down Arrow with Number - Moves all selected Products down by the specified number of rows - the number specified is controlled via the Sort Step Size setting.
  • Place Above - Tapping a Product Name - but not its radio button - will highlight the Product in yellow. If a Product is highlighted in yellow, it will enable the Place Above button which moves all selected Products above the highlighted Product.
  • Place Below - Tapping a Product Name - but not its radio button - will highlight the Product in yellow. If a Product is highlighted in yellow, it will enable the Place Below button which moves all selected Products below the highlighted Product.
  • To Top - Moves all selected Products to the top of the list.
  • To Bottom - Moves all selected Products to the bottom of the list.

Config Tool Settings for Default Behaviour

The default behaviours for all the in-app settings related to Product re-ordering are controlled via settings in the Axsy Config Tool. These settings only control the default behaviour following login to the Axsy Retail Execution App. If the user changes any setting, it will be remembered across different Visits and Tasks until the user logs out.

The settings are found under the Global tab of the Config Tool and then navigating to Visits > KPI Tabular.
