The Inventory Check and Promotion Check tabular UI in the Axsy Retail Execution Mobile App supports the ability to filter the list of displayed Products based on the actual Visit KPI values that have been entered for each Product.


Enabling Dynamic Filters

Enabling or disabling the Dynamic Filters option - which allows filtering by actual KPI Values - is available as a toggle for both Inventory Check and Promotion Check under their respective Settings screens.

Filtering Products by Actual KPI Values

When enabled, opening the Filter screen for Inventory Check or Promotion Check will present users with additional filters - one for each Assessment Indicator Definition - with the options for each filter being generated dynamically from the set of actual KPI values that have been entered for that Assessment Indicator Definition. This includes an option for <empty> values, if applicable. Users can thennselect one or more KPI values to use as a filter on the displayed Products.

Config Tool Setting for Default Behaviour

The default behaviour for whether Dynamic Filters are enabled or disabled is controlled via a setting in the Axsy Config Tool. This setting only controls the default behaviour following login to the Axsy Retail Execution App. If the user changes this setting, it will be remembered across different Visits and Tasks until the user logs out.


The setting is found under the Global tab of the Config Tool and then navigating to Visits > KPI Tabular > Enable Dynamic Filters.
